It is famous and welcome for the guests in home and abroad. It locates at east of Beidai River with beautiful scenery---- Jinshanzui, and adjacent to the Pigeon Nest Park and Pleasure Boat Pork. The Qin emperor Palace and Biluo Tower is on the other side wall of the hotel. When you come out of the hotel, you will see the beautiful sea. It is ideal place for you to watch the sunrise, the blue sea, enjoy seafood and have a business meeting and also travel and rest. The hotel has 160 rooms like standard twin room, suits, and villa etc. The rooms all are well decorated and equipped with air conditioner, TV, Internet and international phone. The restaurants here are classified into Chinese Restaurant and Western Restaurant, which are suitable for 400 people to have a meal together. Amusements consist of tv and a vogue magazine in reception, Location is close to a beach, 5 minutes walk. Shower took some time to warm up. Little tube of toothpaste was a little hard to find. Rom seem clean, but shower looked a little rusty at the base, neighbours could be heard in other rooms. Room was large enough for a short stay. Furnishings were fine, nude picture on the wall. Bed was comfortable but maybe a little firm, no breakfast in the hotel, went to a nearby restaurant, were we were overcharged and offered no takeaway containers. Cheap room, but maybe has competition from the busier part of town. Receptionist was friendly enough but a little tired, staff were professional and moved around the hotel with purpose.

Very well situated for birdwatchers, close to the well known Jin Shan Hotel. Cheeper than this one. Le personnel a été très agréable et toujours dévoué à mon attente. Très proche des trois sites ornitho : le phare (ou Lighthouse qui n'en est plus un), le champs (Fields) et les jardins du Friendship Hotel. Anglais très basique, le russe est mieux compris. Il y a toujours un taxi qui passe devant. Bien situé car de petites boutiques fournissent l'essentiel des besoins, sachets de café par exemple et brioche. Petit-déjeuner noté à zéro car jamais utilisé tant il a rien de commun avec notre notion européenne. Le restaurant Andreî est une valeur sûre si on sait lire le menu en russe. Vraiment très bien. Le menu est bien plus varié qu'au Jin Shan et les produits de la mer abondent. Le dévouement du personnel va jusqu'à vous proposer un cable ethernet. Le wifi fonctionne sans problème dans le hall. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Quite nice rooms with good view and reasonable price. Absolutely no facilities, lack of information (map, info leaflet etc.) in English, breakfast offer disastrous!

We had a small, quiet, inexpensive room in the Jinhai Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, even though we didn't speak much Chinese. The room was adequately furnished, but was dusty and musty. The bathroom was a little scary and had a surprisingly bad odor. Location was good and we could walk to the beach.

Room unclean and smelt. Was offered second room - no better than first. The hotel was closing for season and was lifeless and unwelcoming. We had been travelling since 7am from Beijing and chose to return rather than stay at this hotel. Regards G Sayers

Very close to the beach, but the environment of the hotel is better to be improved. Hope it can be a nicer place when I visit here next time.
