Beijing Huiyuan Hotel Apartment set up in 1990 and listed in Hong Kong in 1997, Huiyuan Hotel Apartment, a subsidiary of Beijing North Star Company Ltd., mainly specializes in leasing and service of foreign apartment guestroom. The apartments cover an area of 38, 000m2, the total area reaching up to 66, 000m2. The four well-arranged apartment buildings with unique architectural structures and the 5-hektare central garden provide an excellent landscaped environment for customers.

The apartments boast 400 guestrooms, the layout from the one-bedroom & one-living room to four bedrooms & two living rooms with diversified decoration styles and grades. The customers will enjoy the ideal residential atmosphere through the modern security monitor, satellite television, information network, communications facilities and video telephone, through the complete subsidiary facilities such as business center, postal/parcel services, children' s play field, over ground and underground parking areas, food & beverage services, recreation and sports facilities, the city shuttle services, and through the varied and colorful community activities such as festival tour, concert, reception, evening party, study classes, as well as through the real-estate management provided by the professional real-estate management company. The guest rooms in the Apartment are divided into home use, office use, business use and irregular use. It would help if employees spoke better English. This slowed things down a lot. A few of them are also not very organized. For the rest, my stay at your hotel was really nice.

We will come again and best value for money and location for international exhibitions, need more option in breakfast for western menu.

some more towels would be nice. But the main problem was the fact that the internet connection was not working and the personal did not really know how to deal with it. Stuff was friendly, but not competent to solve the problem fast.

There was no 3 - room apartment upon arrival and we were upgraded for free to a 4 - room. However, as we had arrived at about 10am, we needed to wait for about half an hour for the cleaners to clear up the apartment. Overall it was fine.
