Lived in twin room for 2 persons and I don't know what kind of room we stayed. We satisfied with your service in the hotel

The room is a bit small for 2 persons and the closets and wardrobe to store our personal belongings is not appropriate (not enough space when we stay a week in the hotel). The adjustment of the temperature in the bedroom, despite the assistance of the house keeper, was impossible, and the temperature in the room was too high, even with the window left wide open all the time. The bathroom is too narrow, specially the bathroom sink and the space around : impossible to leave a toilet bag by there. All the courtesy items, such as shampoo, soap, cream, ths slippers in the room, are charged on the room bill, and not free like in the majority of the same level hotels, anywhere in the world. The staff at the front desk, in the entertainment areas, the housekeepers, the restaurants waiters and waitresses were competent, very polite, helpful and had a sufficiebt knowledge of the English language to inform me and help me when needed. Despite certain inconvenients that I mentionned previously, I keep a good memory of my stay in the Grand Sun City hotelin Changsha, and will recommend it to friends who may travel to Changsha, for the ratio price/agreement is very satisfactory. I wish also to thank the China hotels reservation organisation and their staff, which gave me full satisfaction in my reservation in Changchun, first, and in Changsha, then. I will definitely make my next reservations through China hotels reservations, next time I am travelling to China, and will recommend it to my relatives travelling to China. I am happy not to have to change those default rating values, which are 10.0 maximum value. Excepted for quietness, but air-conditioning makes unavoidable, but bearable, noise. I have greatly appreciated high quality of service of the hotel and the great kindness and professional qualities of all employees.

It's a marvellous 5-star hotel with good service and friendly staff. The only shortcoming of it, I think, lies in its location. It would be better if it is located in the downtown area.
