Nice clean hotel. The rooms were spacious and in good condition. It was reasonably priced. Breakfast was not served early. We had an early flight and the dining room does not open early. They did pack us a box but it was ordinary. Front staff don't speak English. This could be a problem if you don't speak Chinese.

I give deposit to hotel reservation staff by credit card when check-in. During check-out, the hotel reservation unable to cancel my credit card due to the terminal had intermittent error but request me to pay cash for the room. But, it still charged me and the bank charged ne. That mean I pay double. Also, during communication with your staffs, unbelievable that international hotel, the staff can't speak sime English and understand simple English.
