overall nice stay. we booked twin bed but the hotel was fully booked. breakfast could be improved as several times out of eggs and juices

we got to the hotel very late at night as we knew we would The check-in took us well over 1 hour for the 4 rooms. We had requested 2 rooms with 2 twin beds and 2 rooms with 1 large bed. All rooms non-smoking. First they gave us 4 rooms with the beds all together, and 2 smelled badly of smoke. By the time we finished the check-in it was nearly 2am. I was very dissatisfied with this as it was Christmas night and we were all very tired. Please let the hotel know.

First gave me a basic room, though had reserved a Deluxe room. Room was changed and more satisfactory. Hotel is ok.

An excellent hotel with friendly,professional staff, very good facilities ,reasonable rates and good breakfast and room service. It is located adjacent the beautiful Green Park and close to shops,restaurants and the CBD. I have stayed there 3 times and will certainly stay there again when in Kunming.
