In previous time it has been probably a good hotel. However nowadays it is poor. Rooms are ok but service level is poor. Garden very nice. People are friendly but not motivated and hanging around. Been also to other hotels in Sanya. They have same problem with personel, not motivated. This hotel had no more facilities for having a breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a pity for such a beautifull location. With the help of a professional invester this can become a top hotel again.

The only trouble was that one evening we had gone to bed when the phone rang and my husband was asked to go to reception at once and they would not wait for the next day. he was asked to pay the deposit when in fact he had already paid so there was some confusion Otherwise we had a lovely restful hoilday

everything was perfect but the staff and the language barrier (nobody speaks English there)
