Rooms Furnishings: 10 |  The hotel is very nice, especially the garden setting. But the service of the front desk is rather poor. People didn't smile to me and were not very friendly to me. Maybe it's because I came by myself and it's not worth their while to serve me. Basically I was waiting to check in while other people just cut in right in front of me and they were being served without any explanation to me as to why they should be served before me. I kind of felt it was very unfair and disrespectful to me, and I don't know why they should treat me like this. That's my only complaint. |

Staffs are mostly friendly. Rooms are well-equipped.
Location is not city center, but just in front of Liu Yuan Garden.
