I liked the location and the people who work there. However, I did make some suggestions: 1. keep their towels white 2. carpet need to be replaced 3. they need to have good relationships with a couple of air plane tickets agents, so they can serve their customers better 4. they need to have connections with group travel for one and/or two day trips.
