when i arrived i was put in a twin bed room when i asked for a single double bed. The issue was swiftly resolved. Staff spoke little english but helped where they could. There was no advice given for local site seeing locations when i repeatedly asked. swimming pool was out of order, i would have liked to have been informed before.
