I was entirely satisfied with your extremely efficient and prompt reservation procedure, and with the responsiveness and quality of the hotel staff. The deluxe suite was not considered deluxe by me, but seemed to show its age. All in all, the very reasonable discounted room rate for the suite made up for any deficiencies. I will contact you first when making further reservations in China.
