The bed is very comfortable by China's standard. Room is spacious and has a great view of the ocean, overlooking Macau.There's not much smoking around the hotel, and it is quiet and peaceful.

We were given an upgrade to a 'delux' room. Good sized room, large bed, good bathroom, everything very clean and high quality. Internet, both wired and wifi available for free. Good view. Hotel situated just at the end of "Bar Street" Only negative: from 9:30am there was audible building work within the hotel. I could sleep through it, but annoying.

It was a very short, quick stay and did not this visit have the opportuntiy to expereience all the facilities. I am not in the position to provide ratings on the items above, based on my limited time in the hotel. The room and its amenities were good, I thought the carpets in the corridors should be cleaned, they looked a littler grubby.

The staff at lobby and concerige were very helpful to us. It was a very enjoyable stay and we will definitely introduce to friends coming to Zhu Hai.

Thank you kindly for your understanding regarding changes in times. These were unavoidable due to circumstances that occurred in Guangzhou. Also, the comment for breakfast is not true as we did not have breakfast at the hotel. Overall we were very pleased with the hotel and would gladly stay again or recommend to friends.
