DECISION OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL PEOPLE'S
CONGRESS APPROVING THE OPENING OF PORT NANTONG AND PORT ZHANGJIA ON THE
YANGTZE RIVER TO VESSELS OF FOREIGN NATIONALITIES
(Adopted on November 19, 1982)
Having considered the proposal submitted for approval by the State Council
on the opening of Port Nantong and Port Zhangjia on the Yangtze River to
vessels of foreign nationalities, the 25th Meeting of the Standing
Committee of the Fifth National People's Congress hereby decides to
approve the opening of Port Nantong and Port Zhangjia on the Yangtze River
to vessels of foreign nationalities.
