The staff were friendly and helpful and the tour guide in the hotel was informative and reliable. The beds were a little on the hard side but the room was clean and warm. The shower in the bathroom leaked on the floor in room 308 but it worked well in room 326. This hotel has a fair price for what it offers and it is in an excellent location close to the heart of Beijing.

Hotel's tour desk was very much helpful, specialy I got lot of help/advice from Ms. Shen (Clare) in sight seeing. Also the hotel front desk staffs were cooperating in every respect. Water pressure in shower and taps extremely low, this was the main problem I recognized. Otherwise the hotel is good value for money.
