The shuttle didn't pick us up at the airport, and after waiting more than 30 minutes, and calling the hotel a few times, they told us that it would take another hour to pick us up. Obviously we took a taxi instead. After some arguing with the receptionist, the manager reimbursed us for the taxi. The room was not very clean. Some sticky substance on the side table has never cleaned up although I put a napkin on it so the cleaners would notice this and clean. The last straw was at the restaurant were my husband and I were having dinner. It took at least 25 minutes and asking frequently for our food. Then they showed up with my husbands dinner. I had to find the waitress and manager at the entrance a few times before my food was served-i.e. another 20 minutes. By that time my husband was finished. Not a nice end of our 50th Anniversay vacation.

Near Beijing Capital Airport (10 mins by bus). Very good location if you have to be early at the airport. Free buses to the airport from 6 a.m. in the morning. Internet and breakfast not included.

We are satisfied with staying in this hotel, as it offers a lot of facilities as shuttle to downtown and airport, souvenir shops and restaurant. It will be grate if in the future the internet connection wi-fi type to the rooms will be provided.
