Complex Rental - Applying for Commercial Registration Certificate for Commodity Exhibitions
In accordance with the stipulations of the current laws and regulations of PRC, an exhibition can be legally organized and held only after the organizer has obtained a (Commercial Registration Certificate for Commodity Exhibitions) issued by the local Industrial and commercial administration organs . Therefore, all organizers are obliged to apply to the Guangdong Provincial Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau for (Commercial Registration Certificate for Commodity Exhibitions) immediately after signing the licensing contract with the CECF.
Organizers form outside Mainland China shall entrust their co-organizers in Mainland China to apply for the (Commercial Registration Certificate for Commodity Exhibitions). The documents required to be presented are the legal exhibition permit, the licensing contract and some other necessary documents and information.
