The only thing that I find is the lack of staff who speak fluent English. This is highly important as a customer or patron at the hotel. I do highly regard the Manager herself which her name is Elaine Wang who speaks fliuent English. She was always available when I had a communication problem with the Reception Staff when I needed assistance when problems arose with the functioning of our room. We are long-term patrons in your hotel & we keep coming back because it is very convenient for visiting my relatives who are close to your location of the hotel. I strongly recommend that all your staff should always greet their patrons/customers with a friendly smile at all times, not always such a stern face as most Chinese are. Please take this seriously as part of their training in the Hospitality Sector.....very highly important. I, myself worked as a Room Attendant for the Crown Towers in Melbourne which is a 6 star Hotel for 5 years with excellent skills. Regards
