The tour desk at the hotel lobby is informative and efficient when making bookings for local tours. However , the three-star hotel does not have a hair dryier for our room and we had to borrow one from the hotel staff . The checking-out was fast and efficient although for the checking-in , the counter staff had some difficulty locating our advanced booking .Otherwise , a pleasant stay ! |
