The hotel is in a good location and the service staff were very pleasant, professional, honest and flexible. We were able to change the breakfast arrangements from 3 persons for 4 mornings to 6 persons for 2 mornings. However, the air-conditioning in the 3 rooms were not working very well. The rooms were not cold enough and this reduced our enjoyment because the June weather is very hot in Hainan. This was a very good hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much. Although it is a business hotel it is very suitable for tourists as it is of such a high standard. We didnt use the amusements as in pool or gym etc but were impressed that the hotel offered these services. The Asian restaurant buffet was of a very high standard. Also the range of TV channels was great. We give a lower mark for the bathroom only because the toilet flush handle was stuck all the time and even tho we didnt put out the sign to change the towels etc every day they were still changed. Even this is a good point for cleanliness we would like to help the environment in a small way and are always happy to keep our towels for such a short stay. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone travelling to Haikou
