Terrible concierge desk. I had asked a question, the man asked me to wait, and after ten minutes I saw him standing outside talking to someone else. When I went- he said go talk to the manager. Manager kept me waiting for 20 minutes before answering a small question on directions. Housekeeping was bad- never cleaned the floor, never replaced bathroom items or mini bar items. Hotel lobby was very noisy and crowded. People in next rooms were noisy. No helpful staff at all.

This is my second time at this hotel. The general standard is fine and I have no real complaints. reception is the poorest area with staff very abrupt and never listening to customers on arrival. I was not offerd an opportunity to upgrade my room as advertised. The internet connection is poor and often too slow for free working. The bar areas are very old and in need of refurbishment to make them more user friendly. Breakfast staff need to be trained when to take away the finished plates etc from the table, they are too quick and twice I had to have new cuops etc returned.

I was really pleased in that hotel, but I left one day before because of my flight and also because I had to be in my home town a day before. I felt really sorry because I love a chinese girlvery much and I love Qingdao as I love the real love of my life. Best regards, Thierry Migliorini
