The hotel and staff were really good. I enjoyed the nice air conditioned and quiet room after spending the entire day on the streets of Beijing. I really enjoyed the comfortable bed. My only negative on the room, and this is common for a lot of hotel rooms in Beijing and China, is that I find the rugs and floors seem a little dirty. One good steam cleaning and the place would be perfect. I enjoyed my stay with them.
