All 324 rooms offer a view of the lake. Beautiful Zhong Shan Mountaing and Xuanwu Lake will please your eyes even you inside room. All guest rooms are equipped with Internet Access(RJ45). Nice room, good view, friendly personel, good price, good service Water removal shower not optimal English speaking needs Improvement Lounge and bar closes too early in evening Breakfast closing too early, 11:00 would be better

Rooms smell horrible there has been smoking every where. Didnot pay attention to our wishes of no smoking rooms. Very poor english of the employees. many times there was not enough for the buffet breakfast. Many times been asking to fill empty plates. These employees were not motivated. but a nice hotel.

Dear Sir/Madam, Some feedback ion your hotel. I thought your staff were excellent. Your staff at reception and your concierge staff were very professional, extremely friendly and very helpful. The location of your hotel is very good as it is near the main railway station. Very handy. My room was comfortable and spacious; however two areas that could be improved. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and the shower did not work. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so cannot comment on this. Overall, your hotel is very good. Regards, Mr Lee Bennett

Decent hotel with good location to railway station but not convienient for city centre. They need more English speaking staff. Food could be alot better.

An excellent hotel!! Great value for money and lovely hotel. Didn't have breakfast so can't really comment on the breakfast! Highly recommendable!
