Complex Rental - Arranging opening ceremony and Exhibition decoration
The exhibition organizers shall generally arrange the opening ceremony. To provide good services to all organizers, The CECF hereby requests all organizers to submit the following information for the opening ceremony :

the exact time of the opening ceremony

the location of the ceremony board and banners
-
the number of microphones and amplifiers required
-
the number and exact names of the government officers invited to attend the ceremony
-
other necessary information
Also all organizers are required to submit the following information for exhibition decoration :

the location and area of exhibitors/visitors registration required
-
the number and location of indoor/outdoor direction boards
-
the number of balloons, color flags and aerated arc rainbows or advertising umbrellas intending to be placed outdoor

other arrangements for exhibition decoration
All planed arrangements are subject to the CECF's final decision and arrangement. The organizers are required to comply with the CECF's adjustments and pay, if any, the related charges arising
therefrom.
