◆ Exhibition Service Department
Exhibition Service Department is responsible for cleaning and greening of the fairground and office buildings. It helps with booth installation, special decoration design, exhibit storage and transportation. In addition, this department manages the network operation within the exhibition halls and provides other services required by the exhibitors. Exhibition Service Department also deals with the management of canteen, restaurants and mail offices in Hall 15.

◆ Techniques Supporting Department
Techniques Supporting Department takes care of operation, maintenance, and repairing of all the facilities on the Canton Fair property. These facilities include water and electricity facilities, air conditioners, lifts, telecommunication facilities, and so on. It also deals with facilities repairing, maintenance, security, and fire control in the former residential area. As part of its functions, this department handles infrastructure investment plan, application for construction, and construction management.

◆ Security Department
Security Department provides 24-hour security service in the fair complex ranging from the security of parking, fire control to the papers management. It also deals with the routine operation of the Canton Fair Security Commission.
