Renting convention and VIP rooms
Provide venue and service for VIP, symposium, press conference, etc.
The CECF halls have 10 VIP Rooms which accommodate 5 to 200 people. In addition, some negotiation rooms are available for 10 - 30 attendees.

Notes :
The CECF provides fixed facilities in the Negotiation Room, Convention Room, and VIP Room. The exhibitors need to pay extra fee for additional tables and chairs. Food or soft drinks are forbidden to be brought into the VIP Room, "Baiyun Hall" and "Huacheng Hall".
