Everything was very nice and comfortable. We espesially appreciated the health centre and swimming pool, laundry service, level 7 coffee lounge and porters. Kitchen and waiting staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a conciderable language barrier in the business centre. The hotel is away from all the market places, so bear it in mind. Dear Hotel Responsibles, thank you for asking about my impressions. My overall satisfaction is very positive. The rooms were very nice to stay. The reception personnel was always very helpful and also professional. The rooms were very comfortable, espeacially the bathroom. The negative points are as follows, especially Number 3: 1. The restaurant staff at the breakfast was quite overstrained (although they were extremely friendly). There were so many empty tables but almost every morning I had problems to find a table with cutlery (spoon, knife, ...) So I took them everytime myself. 2. The carpet in the room was not very clean. (expecially at the wall corners) 3. I was not informed about the deposit at the check-in day. I was asked for the double price as given in the reservation. I dont know if this is common in China, but I was very surprised and also very angry to pay so much money at once. There was no information within the reservation confirmation. Please inform guests about the double payment at the beginning sothat they can prepare in advance or cancel the stay. 4. No computers in the rooms. So I was lucky to have my own computer with me. 5. It was not allowed that I played the piano in the lobby ?!? (this is not a complaint, just wondering) As conclusion I have to say that my overall impression was very good and want to thank you to providing me a comfortable stay during my business trip in Yiwu. kind regards,
