This impressive tour begin with Beijing, where is the must-seeing city in China. The following Lijiang is an ancient towns which is a traveler's wonderland that has been classified as a World-class Cultural Legacy by UNESCO.
Day 1 Beijing
On arrival, CITS guide will hold a welcome sign to meet you. You will be transferred to the Holiday Inn Crown Plaza ***** for a three-night stay on a room and breakfast basis. The rest of the day is free to relax.

(L+D) ♦ Day 2 Beijing
Morning:
Take a half-day excursion to explore the incredible Forbidden City with its grand palaces and courtyards. Built in 1420, it was here that 24 emperors lived and ruled for over 500 years. The South Gate leads you to Tian'anmen Square - the biggest of its kind in the world.
Afternoon:
Continue to the beautiful Summer Palace where you can discover gardens, palaces and pavilions with temples and halls in a tranquil, landscaped lakeside setting.
Evening:
After dinner you will enjoy a fascinating Peking Opera Show in the front zone at the Liyuan Theatre.

Morning:
You will take a half-day guided visit to the awesome Great Wall of China. Here you can enjoy the stunning views as you stroll along this seemingly endless piece of history, which winds its way into the far distance.
Afternoon:
Continue to the Ming Tomb, which due to their enormity took over 200 years to complete. And walk along the Sacred Way, which means the road leading to heaven.
Evening:
Dinner is served at the original, century-old Quanjude Roasted Duck Restaurant.

(B+L+D) ♦ Day 4 Beijing to Kunming
Morning:
Explore the Temple of Heaven which itself has become a symbol of the city. Here ancient emperor worshipped God and prayed for harvest. Transfer to the airport for your flight to Kunming. The city is located in central Yunnan Province and is praised as the city of eternal spring.
Afternoon:
On your arrival in Kunming, meet your guide at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day you will be at leisure.

(B+L+D) ♦ Day 5 Kunming to Lijiang
Morning:
In the morning, 3-hour driving will take you to Lijiang. Lijiang is a small mountain town of stone and tile, laced with swift canals, which was enlisted as an UNESCO World Cultural Heritage in 1999.
Afternoon:
Upon arrival in Lijiang, visit also the Baisha village with its frescos dating back to Ming and Qing Dynasties.

Morning:
Explore the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Yulong Mountain), which is the most amazing place in Lijiang.
Afternoon:
Drive out to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountains. Visit the Yuhu Village, a simple village of Naxi minority with the former residence of Dr. Joseph Rock. Dr. Rock, an Austro-American botanist and explorer who lived here off and on from 1922-1949.
Evening:
Enjoy the Naxi Ancient Music and Dance Performance at Dongba Palace after dinner.

The full-day visit to the First Bend of the Yangzi River and the Tiger Leaping Gorge. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the old town. Enjoy the Snow Mountains, small rivers and lanes that integrate harmoniously in this mountain town.

(B+L+D) ♦ Day 8 Lijiang to Kunming
Morning:
Transfer to airport for morning flight to Kunming. After arrival, drive along the new express way to Stone Forest. The Stone Forest belongs to the typical Karst geomorphology that consists of innumerable bizarre-shaped ancient limestone cliffs and peaks created by wind and water erosion some 200 million years ago.
Afternoon:
Drives back to Kunming and visit the Flower and Bird Market.
