Hello we tryed to call you when we arrived at the hotel because the only bedroom they have for us, was a suite with only one king bed. So for 2 adults and 3 kids it wasn't good. On your phone, anybody was able to speak english ... So we used two bedrooms separatly... It is not the good solution when your kids are 7, 5, and 2 years old ... But the hotel gave us two nice bedrooms renovated ! The tennis court is out of order since a long time, view on all the grass on it ... There was no more 4 restaurants ... only one chinese restaurant, with a menu in chinese, no photos ... there is no private beach ... The buffet breakfast was awfull. But the rooms really are good.

appartment 3128 It took 30-40 minute to check-in. They could not read my name on the reservation voucher you sent to me One person was speaking simple english to us and she was interrupted continuously by other tasks and other customers. Big appartment, some furniture new or in really good shape others very aged Bathroom very used and not renewed yet (only 1 toilet paper we run out the second day) Water from the shower was flooding the floor falling alongside the bathtube A lot of dust all over the apartment, not well cleaned some spots better than others. No minimum western-style breakfast no fruit-juice no butter no marmelade just a huge Chinese lunch buffet (not at 9 am for breakfast though) So we skipped breakfast the second day Not a bad place in total but I would not pay again that amount of money (65USD)for the same place The really good thing we liked: it is conveniently close to the beach best regards

A little old fashioned, but comfortable. Lack of English speaking staff, and no written information in English.

We had a great time in this hotel. Nice garden, room was ok, bathroom very small and not so clean. Television was not working. People from the hotel very friendly! It will be good when more people speaks english, all was in russian, also the prospects, we cannot read it. We have a very relaxed time in this hotel, it will be more nice when it is a little cheaper!
