1. To pay for two complete days = 2 X 298 = RMB 596 OR
2. To Pay for One day on my reservation Price which is RMB 298 , In addition I must pay for half a day on market price = 0.5 X 660 = 330 Given that I must check out before 6:00 PM . which means a TOTAL of RMB 628
Accordingly , I was obliged to choose the 1st Choice and pay for two days .
Then , for booking Purposes , You must change the form to accept part of the day . I mean when you ask check in & Check out dates you must also ask for the time of Check in & Check out . |

Prior to arriving I had to sign to say I would pay for the room even if we didn't turn up. When we arrived at the hotel, we were left waiting to check in, when we exploained we should have been picked up, there was no appology or even any evidence that they were particularly bothered. When we woke later that morning we asked to speak to the manager, we were told we would have to wait for 30 minutes to see her, we had to insist very strongly and refuse to pay our bill, before the receptionist would ask the mnager to come to see us. It then took us over an hour to get the manager to appologise for their lack of service. There excuse was, they had rung the airport who had said there was no such flight, we even had to produce our boarding card to prove we had been on the flight. However as they had a booking which was guaranteed, to send a car anyway I believe was the least they could do. We did eventually get an apology and re-imbursement of the taxi fare. |
