The hotel covers an area of nearly 6,000 square meters with two elevators ,four floors, luxuriously decorated conference room which could accommodate 100 to 150 people, small meeting rooms which could accommodate 30 to 40 people. 1. When I arrived, hotel held me up for one hour without water in the bathroom. I understand it was for maintanance & repairs. But they should have a back up for such emergencies. (BACK UP/CONTINGENCY PLAN)
2. Floor carpets needed good cleaning. They give the first impression to any guests. I found that they have no been very regularly cleaned. (CLEAN CARPETS)
3. On the fourth floor, coridore leading to the rooms, there is a large window which directly shows the concreate rooftop, which is not very panoramic. Suggest cover it with a nice curtain (ART WORKS)
4. Suggest to arange a spa and a good massage, as most of the guests come from far distences, and feel tired and jetlag (MASAGE)
5. The front desk needs to be more organized, clean and with good furnitures and automation (FRONT DESK)
6. Nicely dressed girls at the front desk and nicely dressed waitress would be atractive (STAFF DRESS/UNIFORM)
Staff was very good, and kind, dispite my poor language abilities. They were polite and tried to help me in every other way. Overall grading could be satisfactory. I enjoyed my stay and would like to stay their again, some other day. I thank Chinahtelreservation for arranging my accomodation with no delay and also the shiji huangshan hotel for the hospitality |
