Rooms Furnishings: 10 |  My flight from Guangzhou to Beijing on 19th was delayed. Called the Yon'an Hotel after arrival just before 18:00 from Beijing Airport to keep the reservation. Yong'An had no information about my booking - proposed to contact chinahotelsreservation. Not very helpful!!! - only with the help of my tour guide and many phone calls from the taxi car - including the transmition of my Credit card information - the Yong'an hotel stuff promised to keep a room until 18:45. Finally arrived at about 19:00 (heavy traffic) at the Young'an - ater registration - they sent me to the Home Inn Hotel close by finally. Again registration!! Much confusion!!!!!!!!! |
