Rooms Furnishings: 10 |  To be honest, I was not personally satisfied with my stay in your hotel due to the ff reasons;
1. Your staff does not know how to speak english, (being the universal language) it was very
hard to communicate with your staff, especially when we were checking in. It seemed they were
laughing at times because they could not understand us. Being in the hotel industry you should
be well prepared to handle all nationalities.
2. No english movies/cable channel
3. Noisy lobby especially when I was about to sleep, alot of guests shouting and running.
Your staff could not control the situation, it was very hard for me to sleep then.
4. No money exchange at the hotel.
5. No tours available at the hotel.
6. Bed was very hard/stiff. Pillows to soft.
7. Breakfast buffet, lacks variety and choices. |

Problem: visa card did not function. I know this hotel for years, sometimes VISA card works, sometimes not. In this case you have to pay cash, which could be difficult for a long stay. |
