Also, while booking I did not recall selecting a basement room. However we were assigned a basement room with no elevator. It was inconvenient lugging 5 pieces of luggage to and from the rooms. The HVAC (air/heat) unit was leaking water while in operation, luckily this occurred on the morning of check out. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly. |

Restaurant staff need to be made aware that all meals for a table should be served together so that some guests are not eating whilst others are waiting for their meals to arrive.
