Rooms Furnishings: 7.1 | | I stayed in this hotel from 28/6/09 till 3/07/09 and from 5/7/09 till 8/07/09. On the 1/07/09 I informed the staf that I would return on 5/07/09 till 8/7/09. (instead of 6/7/09 till 9/7/09- the reservation I maid). This was due to the problems I had to obtain a train ticket. The first 4 days, no one was able to talk some English, there was no help at all,the administration in the hotel is CHAOTIC!!! A nice smile, that's all they could offer. When I came back for another 3 days, at that moment there were English people they managed to get on the phone, to give some help, but even I did inform them I was coming back on the 6°of july, again there was no room available, I was put in a big, bad smelling(moist)room and changed after 2 nights. Under the mat in the bathroom a found mushrooms, as the floor was always wet!!! |
