Rooms Furnishings: 6 | | I appreciate the very good service of chinahotel reservations. However, I am not happy with the quality of the services of the Rui Zhao Hotel-Guomao Branch. Especially the girls who work at the reception (receptionists) needs a lot training on serving the customers. First of all the Hotel managment should at least teach some of them how to smile with the guests and how to respect their guests.
Next, the Hotel Management should think of placing at least one who can speak English among those many girls at the reception.
Next, the rooms are noisy with disturbing sounds.
