I would like to thank you for the precious help in finding me a place for the two days. However, I would like also to be honest with you, the room 1210 needs urgent refurbishment in particular the bathroom washing basis is broken in a number of places, the ceiling is horrible, etc. The cleaning staff needs to clean thoroughly the carpet and the bathroom mirror. The reception staff seems to be not professional. I tried to find a place within the hotel to have lunch or dinner for no avail. I have been to China three times before in Foshan (2) and Wuhan (1) but I never faced such unpleasant experience. I arrived on 30/08/10 and stayed at Shangri-la Hotel before I moved to Jilin Yatai Hotel. At Shangri-la Hotel everything works, the porters, the reception and cleaning staff are professional. The lunch and dinner services are wonderful. Anyway, thank you very much for the help and now I am back in Mozambique. With many thanks,
