Thank you for the China hotels reservation service, which was great for my hotel reservations in ChangChun and in ChangSha. The Redbuds hotel in ChangChun is not anymore a 5 star hotel, as it used to be some years ago. The floor carpet, the bathroom appliances, the wardrobe doors are degrading and not maintained properly. The staff still ha sproblems to understand and speak English. Still impossible to make a reservation directly to the hotel for a communication problem. The swimming pool is too cold, and the sauna does not exist anymore. The air conditioning and the heater in the rooms is impossible to adjust, and the quality of the air in the rooms is very poor due probably to the air conducts which are not cleaned enough. The water was cut off during a whole day, and several times there was not very hot water during most of the day ! Despite all these "little" problems, I every time enjoy my stay in the Redbuds Hotel. Thank you for your help in my reservation, I will definitely come back to you when I will return next time to China.
