The staff is excellent and kind, but we don't like they called us at night (Ithink at 11 h) to make a new deposit because it was empty.

The hotel was very good and staff was very much caring for the guests. All was fine, only the windows in China are of low quality and so the street noise can still be heard at level 12. You would expect in a 5 star hotel to have no noise at all. Thank you

In general, I was very satisfied with Va Ya Huatian. The staff were all extremely attentive and seemed to enjoy with satisfaction in being helpful. One detail I particularly admired was that staff members would smile and compliment when you walk by them. The laundry service was very efficient, always same day service. The breakfast with vast variety of choices. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will not only return, but will recommend it highly to others. Frank C. Tang
