Exhibition Promotion Service Package
1. Diamond Class Exhibition :
(A) Brand exhibitions listed in the Event Calendar, held in Pazhou Complex, with the exhibition space (determined in the contract for one session) reaching 60,000 m2 or above;
(B) Brand exhibitions listed in the Event Calendar, held in Liuhua Complex, with the exhibition space (determined in the contract for one session) reaching 20,000 m2 or above.
◆ Offer one page for advertisement free on the Event Calendar; (Such offer is given only once for one session. The advertisement contents target exclusively at the promotion for the exhibitions held in the Pazhou Complex and Liuhua Complex. The Event Calendar is published twice every year during Spring and Autumn Canton Fair. It aims to promote exhibitions held in our exhibition halls. The Event Calendar is a non-profit journal mainly sponsored by the Canton fair. It has a circulation of 150,000. The target readers are the visitors to the Canton Fair and visitors to other exhibition events held in Canton Fair Complex.
◆ Offer promotion in the section of "Professional Exhibitions" on the CECF CD-Rom. (CECF CD Rom is issued twice every year during the Spring and Autumn Canton Fair. It has a circulation of 200,000 copies distributed to more than 300,000 overseas visitors to the Canton Fair.
◆ The diamond class exhibitions will be promoted as the famous exhibitions in the newly reprinted CECF picture album.
◆ The diamond class exhibitions will be listed among the "Brand Exhibitions" on our website, which shows the exhibition logo and its website linking. The exhibition organizers' websites will also be put into the hot linking addresses.
◆ Help to invite the reporters and correspondents from the local media such as Information Times, Private Economy News, and New Express to report the exhibitions.
◆ Recommend the exhibitions to China Conventions trying to acquire special promotion.
◆ Offer to use different means to promote the detailed exhibition information such as the exhibition name, time, venue, organizer, contact, and so on.
a. Arrange introduction on the Event Calendar.
b. Advertise the exhibitions in favored positions around Pazhou and Liuha complex.
c. Recommend the exhibitions to the media or professional journals such as Stand By Me, China Convention and Exhibition, China Exhibition.
d. Offer introduction among the exhibition date arrangement on our website. Offer introduction on the home page for the forthcoming exhibitions.
◆ Issue the exhibition bidding prospectus and news reports on our website(Chiese version) in sections such as "Exhibition Review", "Exhibition News", and so on. (The exhibition organizers should provide the Canton Fair with relevant information for clarification.). The exhibitions will be reported in the new release section on our website (information either offered by the organizer or collected by the Canton Fair).
◆ For exhibitions held in the Pazhou Complex, the organizer-offered detailed information will be shown on the LED installed on the east and west end of the Pearl Promenade.
