Landscape hotel, adjacent to Erhai sea to the east and backing against the mountain to the west, is the only hotel in Dali old town which characterized by the typical architecture of Bai Minority. With ethnic features, the hotel 4 courtyards have totally 160 standard guest rooms. The hotel restaurant, with 5 VIP private rooms and provides cousines full of local flavor, is available for 400 persons. In addition, it is also equipped with amusement facilities and parking lot, where is the best place to enjoy the beauty of orchid and make new friends.

Characterized by the architecture of of Bai Minority, the hotel is consisted of 6 courtyards with totally 350 guest rooms. Like the other buildings in the old town, Landscape hotel has plants and flowers around the covered ceiling, and thus you are able to enjoy the bright moon over the stone wall.

Charming old style hotel, with carvings and gardens and water features. Very pleasant and attentive staff at the front desk. The dining room was badly organised, with poor service at breakfast, possibly untrained staff. Difficult to find plates and bowls, napkins in a pile, cold tea,hot items were not hot, lids left open, poor juice, presentation generally poor.

We were denied access to the Chinese restaurant at three occations (2 breakfasts and 1 dinner). The breakfast in the western restaurant was limited and one day the frensh fries, the bacon and the broccoli were cold(!), only the eggs were warm. When we go to China we want to enjoy the Chinese kitchen. When we were denied that were did not feel welcome.

We enjoyed our stay at the Landscape. Nice rooms with high ceiling. Great location within walking distance of old center of town. Helpful staff in arranging day trips and transportation.
