B building opened in March 18th ,2001. We received a 4-star level in Dec. 2001 and "green hotel" in June 2003. Golden Shine International Hotel is located in the south 38 square. It is 0.5 kilometers away from dock, just 2 minutes by car; 1.5 kilometers away from railway station, just 5 minutes by car; 15 kilometers away from airport, just 20 minutes by car. As I'm traveling & do not have much time to answer but I wanted To at least comment on the hightest quality and satisfaction with this hotel. The staff took grest attention to trying to communicate w\me.I will write more when I have better access to a computer.
