The hotel is in one of the best locations for touring the city and around The rooms are OK and the cleaners are ready to help at any time The reception: The staff are so kind but their English is very poor I cannot give them a poor marking since they were very sweet and kind but we could not enjoy their services because they did not understand us most of the time The breakfast, was poor compared to to other places we visited We could hardly find anything to eat We just took breakfast one time and the second day we decided not to go down to eat All in all I would come again to this hotel. I only write these comments to try and improve some things I do not remember the number of the room Thanks

Breakfast was not available (due to refurbishment) so we cannot comment on that - however we were reimbursed for the cost of breakfast. Found a piece of fruit from previous occupant on the floor - but otherwise the room was clean. Internet was fast. Power went out in the room in the morning. The staff were accommodating and very friendly.
