I basically enjoyed the stay at the City Hotel. However I was interrupted during dinner to be informed that my deposit was not enough? What sort of comment was that?? When checking in I was asked for a deposit which I provided by credit card... then at dinner told that it was not enough... I had to go to the counter with the waiter and stand around while a staff called the 'manager' to discuss the situation - First asking me to pay extra by cash... I hope the 'manager' is looking for another job as this is ridiculous to ask a guest for cash after a deposit is already paid... After some discussion I the 'manager' waived the request for cash ... which I was not going to pay and I was allowed to continue my stay undisturbed. Breakfast was good and I checked out - Paying in full my room and my dinner as would be expected. So - all staff I met at the front desk, waiters and doors were very nice ... I gave a 3 for Professional qualities of employees due to the very unprofessional 'manager' that requested I pay extra cash and disturbed my dinner with a guest. regards Mike

The room is quite small, but quite comfortable. I can't beleive this hotel is 5-stars. The service is worth 3 stars. The price is too high in this kind of location.
