We felt comfortable and happy during the stay in the hotel. The location is excellent. But the price for the room is too high. We all think that $280 would be very reasonable. The smiles of the staff were unforgettable.

Very good overall cleanliness and comfort. Hotel staff are very helpful and most can speak English. Excellent location, very near local restaurants and places of interest such as the cultural center just across the street.

The rooms does not have a hair dryer. Other than that everything is perfect.

very good and professional personel and very high level of courtesy But the room was a little bit small May be if they put the chinese name of this hotel on their card in pinyin it would be better so we can tell the taxi drivers the name in wich they know it . I will certainly come back to this Carianna hotel
