The rooms were large which was a good thing. But I was on the top floor and it was cold in January. They gave me a low power mild heater which was better than nothing but I still felt cold throughout my stay. I requested Lipton tea bags. They gave me eight tea bags and a tin of milk and charged me 30 RNB for it. I asked if it was complimentary but they Ophelia the sub-manager said that since my room was 140 RNB which would not entitle me for such courtesy. I was checking out at five and they charged me 49 RNB extra when most of the hotel was empty. I had asked them to warm up some food which I had in my room. It took them more than one hour to send someone to my room to warm up my food. I had to remind them again and again. When I asked for an Iron board that too arrived late and fabric was torned out, so I did not use it. There services very so slow and painful that of course it delayed me to get ready for departure. And then they charged me extra 49 RNB. Actually I they had charged me first for the half day rate of RNB 70 but on my request they discounted it to RNB 49. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone due to its management. The lower staff was good but they did not understand English.
