Checkin/Reception staff had English language skills adequate to our needs and faciltated our stay in GuangZhou. Our room was generously proportioned and was very well maintained throughout our stay. The view over the Tianhe park is reminiscent of 5th Ave New York with wonderful park vistas. We ate at the Chinese restaurant attac!

I believe the Louis Western Restaurant that is also attached to the Hotel haa enthusiastic and well motivated staff but fails to deliver quisine that is of sufficient quality to justify the 'Western' prices that they charge. I hope this clears up any misunderstanding regarding our very pleasant stay at this Hotel. You are offering a very effective servce to foreign customers and I hope you are still around next time I want to book accommodation in China |
