Our experience was excellent. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was helpful and patient. His was our first night in China and we have limited Chinese language. Many of the staff were able to help us feel welcome.

Excellent visit. The staff were very welcoming. In particular: Shand (manager), Happy Deng (bar) and Reed (bar). Every request we made was attended to immediately. We will use this hotel again when we return to Jilin next time. Best wishes to all the nice people at Century Hotel, Jilin City.

Bathroom not clean. Water from shower not warm enough. Shower not for long person. Glass panel in window not fixed. No cold beer in restaurant.

An excellent hotel in Jilin good location and friendly staff I would definately stay here next time I visit Jilin for Chinese New Year The check in staff spoke good English which is unusual for Jilin City. I put the comfort level at 8 because the matress was as hard as stone, but apart from that, an excellent stay.
