The service and hotel room in JInan were actually a lot better then expected, I found place very confortable. The attention recived was friendly, proactive and very up to details, to me is understable that the dont have a good use of english, as not many guest are from the outside. By the way my reason to leave was an unexpected change in my plans, nothing at all related to the hotel atention or room. Still if you would like my opinion about it, compared to western hotels, ( even the expensive ones) your people in china are very willing to help, they did for me many things that are not included in their duties or responsabilities, but I really think that some little basic english will be very good, or at least some english translated cards they can use, to explain the guest how the hotel works, where to go to have dinner, a bus station, a bank...and so on. There are other little and cheap changes I would do. I am very familiar with customer atention services in europe, actually I had worked in my countrie for several international companies setting the service and improving their attention, cost and procedures, If you ever need a proffesional-western point of view, I will be available for you, from Spain or here in China. recieve my very best congratulations for your people in Jinan and please let them know now happy I was with them
