This was my third stay at the hotel. I felt that the single rooms somewhat was upgraded since the last time I was there. New TV set? The sheets were nice and soft! Not all of us had hot water in our showers. The water in our bathrooms had a strange color, one of the ladies took a picture and the water is brown to the extent that she could not see the bottom of the tub with 15 cm of water in the tub. We had asked for non smoking rooms but most of us had the smell of old smoke in our bedding. Most of the girls in the lobby were very helpful, especially the girl who helped us when we ckecked in. Their english was fair to good, wich is very helpful for us forigners. We appriciated the oppertunity to late check out. We are also very apreciative for the help we got for getting a shipping company to come to the hotel. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant both our evenings in Jingdezhen. The first night the service was perfect, the girls were very kind and mad us feel welcome. The second night the staff made us feel like we were not welcome mostley by their attitude and by body language. But also by having us to ask for every little thing for ex a glas for our drinks, napkins etc. The restaurant was not crowed, so it was not due to lack of staff. Had that been our first night we would NOT gone back and after that experience I would not recommend the restaurant to friends. The restaurant is importent to the hotel since there are no other places to eat at in the neighbour hood. For that reason if I´m to go back to Jingdezhen again the experience at the restaurant would make me choose another hotel. We found the price for the rooms to be reasnable for their size and comfort and also for the location of the hotel.
