Rooms Furnishings: 8.5 |  The hotel has lovely well maintained gardens,is well located with easy cheap and reliable access to city.Rooms are claen and comfortable but lighting is poor and needs improvement.In general the staff is professional and helpful but language skills make it a problem for non chinese speakers especially English speakers.
Quality of food and restraunt service is surprizingly poor considering the overall standard of the hotel,particularly for breakfast.
Better and more visible signs around the hotel would be helpful. The problems with the hotel are all small and can be easily fixed with some more alert mangement. With a little more attention to detail this could become a very good hotel We enjoyed our stay |
