This hotel was a great hotel which we would recommend to anybody. We were in China and therefore english was not the normal spoken language, however the staff tried exceptionally hard to understand and help us on all occasions. One male employee at the desk, Lendy, spent a large amount of time helping us with our problems and therefore is an excellent employee. The major disappointment was the breakfast. For whatever reason it was included in the. Cost of the accomodation, but this aspect of our stay was extremely disappointing. Given thAt there were 13 floors the breakfast room seated only approximately 30 people and was dirty and most uncomfortable. We had to return on quite a number of occasions to try and get something to eat because all the tables were full. On our second last day we returned to the room beginning at 7.30 and after a number of visits we were seated at 9.45, however ere was no food.

i would like to say that my stay at this hotel was most enjoyable and all the staff were very helpful towards me and made my stay very good if i could make a suggestion i feel that more english speaking staff on the front desk would be a great benefit to both the hotel and their guests apart from this i would have no problem recommending this hotel to my friends once again i would like to extend my sincere thanks to the staff yours thomas doyle

although we had a reservation for three people, only a double room was available at the time of our arrival late at night. the staff however were very helpful and prepared to improvise to offer us a satisfactory solution. rooms well furnished and designed. great hotel.

Hotel is ok and staff in this hotel is very nice, so both of us me and my wife like this hotel, but next time we will take another hotel because there(was) is a building project behind our room/window.

I like this hotel.Only problem was toilet which was clog almost every day and even last day there,toilet was clog and i and my girlfriend went to restaurand because of that and we were late in hotel and they asked extra money because we were late,but it's ok now.We,both of us,like this hotel very much!
